ORDER granting 15 Stipulation. Twelve thousand six hundred five dollars of the Defendant property shall be returned to the Claimant, Adam Crawford, by delivering the same to the Claimant's bank account ; The remaining Defendant property, viz. , $4,000.00, is hereby forfeited to the United States. All right, title or interest in or to the Defendant property held by any person or entity is hereby forever barred and foreclosed. The U. S. Marshals Service shall dispose of said $4,0 00.00 in accordance with law. Upon Mr. Crawford's receipt of the $12,605.00, as mentioned above, he shall file a Receipt for said amount. Upon the filing of said Receipt, this Court shall enter a Judgment in this action. Ordered by Chief Judge Joseph F. Bataillon. ORDER that this matter is before the court on the telephone conference held between counsel for the plaintiff and Adam Crawford, the claimant. Under the circumstances, the court will continue progression of the case to allow the parties to continue w ith discovery. A final Pretrial Conference set for 5/5/2011 at 01:30 PM by telephone before Magistrate Judge Thomas D. Thalken. Plaintiffs counsel shall initiate the conference and arrange for the participation of the claimant. Counsel and Mr. Crawford shall prepare a proposed final pretrial conference order in accordance with NECivR 16.2 and submit it to the undersigned magistrate judge by May 3, 2011.
