Filing 16 ORDER that the parties' Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice 15 is granted and the plaintiff's claims against the defendants are hereby dismissed with prejudice and each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. Upon filing of a certified copy of this order, title in the real property commonly known as 1803 Ga rfield Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68502 and more specifically described as, LOT TWENTY-ONE (21), W.W.
