ORDER Denying 1 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff shall have 30 days to file a new pauper application. If plaintiff does not do so timely, the action will be dismissed. Clerk of the Court shall add the State Atto rney General Catherine Cortez-Masto for defendants. The Attorney General shall advise the Court within 21 days whether she can accept service of process for named defendants. Also within 21 days any defendants for whom service is accepted shall respo nd to the 2 Motion for Order to Show Cause and the 3 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Clerk shall send to plaintiff a copy of this Order, two pauper applications, one copy of the instructions,and a copy of papers he previously submitted. Signed by Judge James C.
