Judgment is entered in favor of Zavsa and Gillespie and against plaintiff Gilberto Carrillo. The 149 Order dismissing Carrillo's claims against defendants Cotwright, Diaz, and Neven is Vacated in part to the extent that the claims were dismissed without prejudice. Instead judgment on those claims is hereby entered in favor of defendants Cotwright, Diaz, and Neven.
