The Clerk is further directed to send a copy of the second-amended complaint [ECF No. 8] and a copy of this order to the U.S. Marshal for service on defendant s. Plaintiff will then have 30 days to furnish to the U.S. Marshal the required USM-285 forms with relevant information for each defendant on each form. Within 20 days after receiving from the U.S. Marshal a copy of the USM-285 forms showing whether service has been accomplished, plaintiff must file a notice with the Court identifying which defendants were served and which were not served, if any. The Clerk is further directed to change the name "Bonnie Polly" on the docket to "Bo nnie Polley" and to issue the summons with the corrected spelling.FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall provide notice to the court of his change of address within 30 days of this order.
