May 27, 2020 Filing 13 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Richard F. Boulware, II on 5/27/2020. The Governor of Nevada announced yesterday, May 26, 2020, through public address, that places of worship, such as the plaintiff entities in this case, will be able to open, subject to certain restrictions, on May 29, 2020. See http://gov.nv.gov/News/Press/2020/Governor_Sisolak_Releases_Prepared_Remarks,_Guidance_for_Phase_2_Reopening, _Plans_Press_Call/. The Governor has not yet, however, issued a concomitant emergency or executive order containing more details based upon his pronouncements. The Governor has indicated that his detailed orders are forthcoming this week. The Court finds that it cannot properly rule on the Preliminary Injunction Motion, until such time as the detailed order(s) of the Governor issues AND the Plaintiffs have had sufficient time to modify or not their Preliminary Injunction Motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the current briefing and hearing schedule is VACATED. The Plaintiffs shall file a supplement to their Motion by June 1, 2020. This supplement shall indicate what relief the Plaintiffs are seeking in light of the details of the Governor's forthcoming order. The Defendants shall have until June 4, 2020 to respond. The Plaintiffs may file a reply by June 8, 2020.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a hearing on the Preliminary Injunction Motion shall be held by videoconference on June 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM in LV Courtroom 7C before Judge Richard F.
