| Filing 14 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler on 11/4/2020. On 9/22/2020 the Court gave plaintiff until 10/12/2020 to file her completed Plaintiff Profile Form onto the docket. ECF No. 7. That deadline lapsed. Thus, on 10/16/2020 the Court gave plaintiff until 10/23/2020 to comply with ECF No. 7. ECF No. 11. That deadline lapsed, too.It has come to the Court's attention that plaintiff's counsel, Amanda L. Washington, is not registered as an electronic filer with this Court. Under the Local Rules, "Attorneys who are admitted to the bar of this court, [or] admitted to particiapte in a case pro hac vice... must register as a 'filer' to file documents electronically and must file all documents electornically as set forth in these rules." LR IC 2-1(a). It does not appear that Ms. Washington is admitted to the bar of this Court and nor has she sought pro hac vice admission. Despite this, she is participating in active litigation before the Court, see ECF No. #13 , and she is therefore required to follow the Court's Local Rules. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that plaintiff has until 11/18/2020 to comply with ECF No. 7 and register as a "filer" with the Court. Failure to meet this deadline will result in an order to show cause for why sanctions should not issue for failure to follow the Court's orders and violating the Court's Local Rules.
