Humphries Emergency Motion seeks an extension of time to "prepare and deliver to the [Securities and Exchange] Commission a detailed and complete schedule of all of their personal assets, including all real and personal property exceeding $5,000 in value, and all bank, securities, and other accounts identified by institution, branch address and account number." Id. at 2. Humphries and CJ Investments state they seek "an additional ten days to gather and analyze the financial records required by the Courts order."
