| Filing 13 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 2/28/2025. Pending before the Court are the #10 and #11 Petitions to Practice Pro Hac Vice, filed by Petitioners Michael A. Josephson and Andrew W. Dunlap. Under this Court's Local Rules, LR IA 11-2 (a) "Applications must be... on the form furnished by the clerk." However, both applications #10 and #11 are incomplete in response to question 4 on the form regarding where the applicant has been admitted. Their Exhibit A fails to provide a bar number for each state of admission.Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court defers on ruling on the #10 and #11 Petitions. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioners shall have until March 14, 2025, to file a corrected Verified Petition using the "Notice of Corrected Image/Document" event that clarifies which jurisdictions they have been admitted to and includes all applicable Certificates of Good Standing. Failure to timely remedy the deficiencies WILL result in the denial of the Verified Petition and petitioner's requirement to repay the filing fee.Also pending before the Court is the #12 Petition to Practice Pro Hac Vice, filed by Petitioner Richard J. Burch. The application indicates that Petitioner has filed six applications to practice pro hac vice in the last three years. Under Local Rule IA 11-2 (f), "[a]bsent special circumstances and a showing of good cause, repeated appearances by any attorney under this rule will be cause for denial of the attorneys verified petition.... It is presumed in civil and criminal cases that more than five appearances by any attorney granted under this rule in a three-year period is excessive use of this rule." Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner Richard J. Burch show cause as to why the Court should not deny the #12 Petition to Practice Pro Hac Vice.
