ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff's 2 and 10 Motion for Order to Show Cause re: writ of attachment and writ of garnishment is GRANTED. The property to be attached and garnished is described: (1) 500 tons of hay belonging to Truckee River R anch, LLC. and (2) the proceeds up to $396,423.45 owed to defendant RO Cattle Company, LLC, for the sale of 733 cattle that were grazed on the property at issue. The US Marshal may attach Truckee River Ranch, LLC's hay through pla cing Clyde Magnuson (435-749-1034) the new Ranch Manager of the property at issue here, as the keeper in charge of the hay as provided for in NRS 31.060(2)(b). IT IS SO ORDERED. Writ of Attachment, Writ of Garnishment, and Instructions to US Ma rshal attached to Order. (Copy of Order with attachments sent to US Marshal). Signed by Chief Judge Robert C.
