FURTHER ORDERED that the # 9 Motion for sanctions is GRANTED. Defendants are Ordered to pay to plaintiff the sum of $100 as and for costs and losses incurred by plaintiff as a result of this unwarranted removal. The sanctions shall be paid within 30 days of entry of this order and defendants shall file a notice in this action w ith a copy of a receipt signed by plaintiff acknowledging receipt of the payment.
