However, even though the Court is dismissing this action, the full filing fee must still be paid. NDOC shall pay Clerk the full $350 filing fee from inmate acc ount. This action is dismissed without prejudice for plaintiff's failure to file a complaint. Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly.
