ORDERED that Richardson's IFP application [ECF No. #1 ] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Richardson is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis in all respects other than payment of the filing fee, which must be paid within 30 days of the date this order is entered (2/17/2022). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Richardson's motion for appointment of counsel [ECF No. #2 ] is GRANTED. The Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada is appointed to represent Richardson. The Federal Public Defender will have 30 days from the date this order is entered (2/17/2022) to file either a notice of appearance as counsel or a notice indicating its inability to represent Richardson in these proceedings. The Clerk of Court is directed electronically SERVE a copy of this order on the Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada. (E-service 1/18/2022.) The Clerk of Court is also directed to ADD Aaron D. Ford, Attorney General of the State of Nevada, as counsel for respondents and to provide respondents an electronic copy of all items previously filed in this case by regenerating the Notice of Electronic Filing to the office of the AG only. (E-service 1/18/2022; NEFs ECF Nos. 1, 2 via NEF regeneration.)
