SCREENING ORDER - A decision on IFP application (ECF No. #1 ) is deferred. Clerk shall file the Complaint (ECF No. #1 -1). Nurse Carmen will be included in this action as a Defendant. Clerk will add Nurse Carmen to the docket sheet as a Defendant. Defendant Nevada Department of Corrections Medical Department is dismissed from the entirety of this action with prejudice. Claims are dismissed with leave to amend, or will proceed as detailed herein. Any "First Amended" complaint is due by 2/5/2023. Clerk shall send P approved 1983 form w instructions and a copy of his Complaint. (Form. instr,, and copy of complaint attached hereto for distribution to P via LCC law library.) Clerk of Court shall send a one-time courtesy copy of this order to Johnson at Stewart Conservation Camp. (Mailed to P at SCC on 1/6/2023.) Johnson shall update his address with the Court within 30 days from the date of this order (2/4/2022).
