The Attorney General need take no action regarding this case. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Petitioner two copies of the form for a petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2254 by a person in state custody (not sentenced to death), and two copies of the form for an application to proceed in forma pauperis by an inmate.
