ENDORSED ORDER granting #9 Discovery Plan. Text of Order: Granted with the following modifications: Trial is scheduled for the two-week period beginning June 21, 2023. Length of Trial 3-5 days. Accordingly, the deadline for completion of discovery and summary judgment motions is February 21, 2023, and the deadline to challenge expert testimony is May 7, 2023. The deadline for amendment of pleadings is August 1, 2022. The parties shall file a joint statement on the status of discovery no later than 60 days prior to the close of discovery deadline.
