Text of Order: The June 26, 2024 Order denying Plaintiff's motion to proceed without prepayment of fees is VACATED and replaced by this Order. The plaintiff is notified that his motion to proceed without prepayment of fees or costs (doc. no. 2 does not, at this time, provide the court with sufficient information to assess whether the plaintiff qualifies to proceed without prepaying fees or costs. Specifically, the application must include (but does not currently include) specific dollar amounts for each entry where an amount of money is required, even if the amount in question is $0. If the plaintiff intends to proceed with this action, he must either: (1) complete a new application form and submit it to the Court with all of the requested information completed; or (2) pay the filing fee of $405.00 by August 25, 2024.
