ENDORSED ORDER Directing US Marshal to Make Service. Text of Order: The Court directed service upon defendants in this case, including Dr. Pete Eampanond, in its November 14, 2024 Order (Doc. No. 5). In its Notice of Acceptance of Service (Doc. No. 7), the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office declined to represent defendant Dr. Eampanond, as he is not a state employee, but is instead employed by Wexford Health, a private company. Accordingly, the Clerk's office is directed to prepare a summons for: Dr. Pete Eampanond c/o Corporation Service Company, Wexford Health Sources, Inc., 501 Holiday Dr., Ste. 300, Foster Plaza Four, Pittsburgh, PA 15220; and to forward that summons, along with a copy of the Complaint (Doc. No. 1), the Court's November 14, 2024 Order (Doc. No. 5), and a copy of this Order, to the United States Marshals Service to effect service on Dr. Eampanond. Once served, Dr. Eampanond must comply with the directives in the Court's November 14, 2024 Order with regard to filing a response to the plaintiff's request for preliminary injunctive relief.
