TRANSFER ORDER, Case transferred to District of New Jersey. Original file, certified copy of transfer order, and docket sheet sent. ALL FILINGS ARE TO BE MADE IN THE TRANSFER COURT, DO NOT DOCKET TO THIS CASE.. Since pltff's allegations appear to pertain to an event that occurred in Newark, New Jersey, the US District Court for the EDNY is not the appropriate court in which to file this action. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the Clerk of Court is hereby directed to transfer this case to the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. The Court offers no opinion on the merits of the action. The decision on pltff's application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 USC sec. 1915 is reserved for the transferee Court. That provision of Local Rule 83.1 which requires a seven day stay is hereby waived. Summonses shall not issue from this Court. The Clerk of Court is directed to mark this case closed.
