ORDER: On August 1, 2018, the Court directed Plaintiff to file an amended complaint within sixty days. On September 26, 2018, Plaintiff submitted a letter requesting an extension of time-until October 30, 2018-to file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 5.) The Court grants Plaintiff's request for an extension of time and directs Plaintiff to file his amended complaint by October 30, 2018. Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint that complies with the standards set forth above.
