ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE ON PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: Respondents are ORDERED to show cause why the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus should not be granted by March 18, 2019, at noon. Petitioner shall have an opportunity to reply by March 19, 2019 at 11 a.m. This matter shall be heard by the Court on March 19, 2019, at 4:00 p.m., in courtroom 1305 of 40 Centre Street.
