The Stipulating Parties further stipulate and agree, with the Court's approval, that the stay will automatically terminate seven (7) days after any decision denying transfer by the JPML. Nothing herein shall be deemed a waiver of any rights or defenses by the Stipulating Parties except as set forth herein.
