TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff asserts that this Court may hear this case based on diversity jurisdiction, which requires plaintiff to be completely diverse from each Defendant. The citizenship information provided as to plaintiff, which is a partnership, is insufficient to determine if complete diversity of citizenship exists, and thus whether this Court has subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to electronically file a letter specifically listing each of its partners and properly analyzing citizenship by TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2020, in compliance with the standing order of this Court as to pleading the citizenship of an unincorporated business organization, which can be found at: https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/content/edward-s-kiel. This Court advises that the allegation presented in paragraph 3 of the complaint lacks the required specificity. Furthermore, a response such as "none of the partners were citizens of New Jersey when this action was commenced, nor are they currently citizens of New Jersey" will not suffice.
