MINUTE ORDER granting Defendants' #6 Motion to Transfer Venue and #7 Motion to Stay. Defendants have filed a #6 Motion to Transfer Venue, seeking to have this case transferred to the District of New Jersey under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a), and a #7 Motion to Stay, asking the Court to stay their September 9, 2022 deadline to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' complaint until thirty days after the Court rules on the motion to transfer. In response, Plaintiffs filed a #8 Notice stating that they "are electing to not oppose either motion."
