MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by District Judge Frederic Block re 257 Joint MOTION to Approve Settlement of Class Claims, for Issuance of Notice to the Class and to Set a Date for Final Approval Hearing. Therefore, the Court will approve the proposed settlement and class notice provided that both are amended to state good-faith estimates of the amount of each category of deduction from the Settlement Fund.
