November 2, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 5 NOTICE: On November 2, 2021, attorney Charles Lakins contacted Judge Yarbrough's chambers staff on behalf of Defendants. While he has not yet entered an appearance in this case because his clients have not been served, he called to advise the Court about a similar motion for IFP that Mr. Sanders filed in the District of Arizona, case No. 4:21-cv-00373. He wanted to bring to the Court's attention a perceived discrepancy in income information between the IFP application filed in this case and in the Arizona case. Specifically, he informed the Court that Mr. Sanders reported having more income in the Arizona case than what he reported in this case. The Court advises Mr. Lakins that Mr. Sanders should be part of any non-administrative communications with the Court. If Defendants are properly served and this case proceeds, Mr. Lakins will have an opportunity to challenge the IFP status. (cm)[THIS IS A TEXT-ONLY ENTRY. THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTS ATTACHED.]
