February 1, 2008 Opinion or Order Filing 5 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: By Order dated 12/14/07, the Court granted plaintiff's request to proceed IFP, dismissed the Atlantic Shelter as a defendant, and directed plaintiff to submit an amended complaint within 30 days of the date of the Order. T he Order was mistakenly sent to an incorrect address and was returned.
