February 27, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 111 MEMORANDUM & ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: The Court adopts the 105 Report and Recommendation as the opinion of the Court. The defendants' 97 motion to dismiss is granted. Because the plaintiff has failed to cure the de ficiencies expressly identified by the Court, leave to replead is denied as futile. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment and close this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. February 22, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 82 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: re 66 and 73. The Court adopts the R&R as the opinion of the Court. Defendants motion for summary judgment is granted. Plaintiff is granted 30 days leave to replead his malpractice claim based on defendants failure to plead a defamation claim on plaintiffs behalf in the underlying suit and any breach of contract claim based on monies he personally paid to defendants or on a specific promise separate and apart from the malpractice claim. September 30, 2010 Opinion or Order Filing 77 ORDER: Defendants move for reconsideration of my 9/7/2010 Report and Recommendation and plaintiff requests an extension of time to replead his claims and a copy of the trial transcripts from 04 CV 2262. Defendants' 74 motion for reconsideratio n and plaintiff's 75 requests are denied. As the parties will not receive this Order until after the time to file objections to my Report and Recommendation expires, the Court extends the deadline for objections: any objection to my 73 Report and Recommendation shall be filed by 10/12/2010. February 18, 2010 Opinion or Order Filing 61 ORDER (ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION): On 6/19/2009, the Honorable Lois Bloom, United States Magistrate Judge, issued a 54 Report and Recommendation ("R&R") recommending pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) that plaintiff's 49 motion to amend should be denied. Plaintiff filed timely objections to the R&R. The Court has reviewed the R&R and finds plaintiff's objections without merit.
