No. 336 ). For the reasons stated in this Memorandum & Order, the Court (i) DISMISSES Plaintiffs federal Lanham Act claim of trade dress infringement with prejudice and (ii) DISMISSES their related state-law claims without prejudice to be re-filed in state court.
