September 21, 2009	Filing 20 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. The Court grants plaintiff 30 days in which to file an amended complaint to name as defendants the individuals responsible for the alleged denial of his constitu tional rights while incarcerated at the MDC. All further proceedings shall be stayed for 30 days. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for purpose of an appeal. C/M.
