Filing 11 ORDER: As explained in the attached memorandum and order, the claims against Michael Bloomberg, Shaun Donovan, Justice Jaime A. Rios, Judge Ulysses B. Leverett, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., the Department of Home Preservation and Development of the City of New York, Anthony Thompson, Wendy Haynes, and Thelma Haynes, are dismissed for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B), and no summons shall issue against these defendants. The complaint may proceed as against Sha ron Adams, and Clark is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis against her. The Court respectfully directs the Clerk of Court to issue a summons to Adams, and directs the United States Marshals Service to serve copies of the Complaint, this Order, and the summons on Adams.
