July 3, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 49 ORDER: The Assistant Corporation Counsel assigned to this case requests that the Court compel plaintiff to fully execute and return a release to unseal her criminal records. Counsel's #48 request is granted. The Assistant Corporation Counsel shall immediately send a new unsealing release to plaintiff. Plaintiff shall fill out the release and send it to defendants' counsel by 7/20/2012. Defendants' counsel shall provide plaintiff with a copy of her criminal records once the records are unsealed. Plaintiff is warned that if she fails to sign a complete release, the records regarding the underlying police action cannot be produced.
