October 19, 2017	Filing 24 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Finding no error, the Court overrules Petitioner's objections, adopts in full Judge Bloom's R&R 19 , and denies Petitioner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. See Porter v. Potter, 219 F. Appx 112 (2d Cir. 2007) (summary order). Because Petitioner has failed to make a substantial showing of the denial of any constitutional right, no certificate of appealability shall issue. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2). Additionally, t he Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment and close this case. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 10/19/2017.
