Because personal jurisdiction is lacking, there is no basis for v enue in this district. The remaining question is whether the Court should dismiss this action, as Robbins and Lauter have requested, or transfer it to the Central District of California, which is a proper venue and in which defts are subject to personal jurisdiction.
