AMENDED MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Having found no clear error, the Court adopts Judge Bloom's well-reasoned R&R as the opinion of this Court. The plaintiffs motion for default judgment is granted. Upon the filing of a confession of judgment by defe ndant Brown and a discontinuance of the action against WEA Parking, the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in the amount of $250,000 against defendants Gordan and Brown jointly and severally..
