MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, the court sustains the government's objections to the Protective Order in part and overrules them in part. The court respectfully refers the case back to Mag istrate Judge Go for further proceedings and supervision of discovery. The government is directed to serve a copy of this Memorandum and Order on the pro se defendants and file a certificate of service by October 19, 2012. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A. Plaintiff must promptly serve defendants with the discovery proposed and defendants must respond within thirty days after being served.
