Filing 42 MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting in part and denying in part 36 Motion for Summary Judgment. The following claims are dismissed: false arrest (state and federal); malicious prosecution (state and federal) to the extent based upon the petit larceny c harge only; excessive force as against Meehan only; all state-law claims as against Rogers only; assault and battery as against Meehan only; negligence as against all Defendants; and, to the extent Plaintiff intended to bring these claims, any cla ims for conspiracy, harassment, violation of equal protection and due process rights, and violation of the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation against him are deemed to be abandoned and are dismissed.
