ORDER DISMISSING CASE. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, plaintiff's complaint is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would n ot be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested serve a copy of this Order on the pro se plaintiff, to note service on the docket, to enter judgment in accordance with this Order, and to close this case.
