The plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings is also denied to the extent it requests a remand solely for the calculation of benefits. It is further ordered t hat this case is remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for further proceedings consistent with this Memorandum and Order. I respectfully request the Commissioner to reassign the case on remand to an ALJ other than the one who heard the case initially.
