September 25, 2014	Filing 18 MEMORANDUM & ORDER: The Court finds that the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") erred in failing to develop the record and properly weigh the evidence with respect to Plaintiff's mental impairments. Therefore, Defendant's [ 14] motion for judgment on the pleadings is denied. The Commissioner's decision is vacated and this action is remanded for further administrative proceedings pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
