ORDER: Pro se Petitioner moves for a 6 stay of this habeas corpus proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 so that he may exhaust certain claims in state court. Respondent 8 opposes the motion on the ground that a stay would be futile. The Honorable Margo K. Brodie referred Petitioner's 6 motion as well as the underlying petition to me pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b). Petitioner's 6 motion for a stay is denied. SO ORDERED by Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom, on 2/2/2015. (Copy of this Order and the attached copies of all unpublished decisions cited herein sent to pro se Petitioner.) (Latka-Mucha, Wieslawa)
