Filing 148 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. I adopt Judge Tiscione's well-reasoned report and recommendation in its entirety. The plaintiff's motion for default judgment for foreclosure and sale on the subject property is granted in part and denied in part. Acc ordingly, (1) a judgment of foreclosure and sale is to be entered in the plaintiffs favor, (2) the plaintiff is awarded a total of $1,410,245.85 to be satisfied by the foreclosure and sale of the property, (3) Charles L.
