February 16, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 22 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, the court finds that the Commissioners decision was supported by substantial evidence in the record. Accordingly, the defendants Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings 15 is GRANTED, plaintiffs Cross-Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings 17 is DENIED, and the decision of the ALJ is AFFIRMED.
