MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The Court grants 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis solely for the purpose of its memorandum and order. The Court denies 5 Motion to Appoint Counsel. For the reasons stated in the attached opinion, P laintiff's claims are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested to dismiss this case. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 5/8/2015. (Chiang, May)
