MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Plaintiff's claim for misconduct related to grandjury testimony is dismissed with prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.In an abundance of caution, the court grants plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint by July 23, 2015.
