DECISION AND ORDER: Accordingly, I conclude the following: (1) the defendant's motion with respect to the plaintiffs hostile work environment claim is granted and dismissed with prejudice; (2) the defendant's motion to dismiss the plaintiff s retaliation claim is denied; and (3) while I dismiss the plaintiffs discrimination claim pursuant to the ADA, I do so without prejudice, and allow the plaintiff thirty days from this order to submit a final, amended complaint pursuant to Rule 15(a)(2), to establish this claim.
