ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, the court substantially adopts Magistrate Judge Levy's Report and Recommendation 27 . Plaintiff's motion for default judgment 26 is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff is awarded $26,917.32, consisting of unpaid overtime compensation, statutory penalties, liquidated damages, attorney's fees, and costs, plus pre- and post-judgment interest. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment according to the attached Memorandum and Order, close the case, and mail pro se defendants a copy of the order and judgment and note service on the docket.
