Ac cordingly, Defendants' Motions (Dkt. 24 ) are GRANTED with respect to the motion for dismissal and DENIED AS MOOT with respect to the motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff's claims pertaining to mortgage payments and assignments are DISM ISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of standing; Plaintiff's claims pertaining to wrongful foreclosure, credit rating, and quiet title are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the case.
