MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Plaintiff Trevor Fagan's request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 is granted solely for the purpose of the instant Order. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order,Fa gan is granted leave to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, failing which this action shall be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
