Fasihianifard v. Trump et al
Petitioner filed a writ of habeas corpus and a complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief. She was granted a F-2 nonimmigrant visa as a dependent spouse of her husband, who holds an F-1 student visa. She was detained at JFK Airport pursuant to President Trump's executive order, which petitioner asserts is unlawful as it violates her Fifth Amendment procedural and substantive due process rights, violates the First Amendment Establishment Clause, violates federal immigration statutes, the Administrative Procedure Act and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
